Eligible Returns

We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • You need a different model or a replacement of the same product

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following must apply:

  • Your request is submitted within 60 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact
  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

To initiate a return, please email us at info@gethauslab.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, depending on your financial institution. Store credit, if applicable, is issued immediately upon approval.


Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the product has been used
  • Items showing signs of misuse, neglect, impact damage, or intentional damage
  • Products returned without original accessories or packaging
