Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. You can check your shipment status at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Hauslab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, delays caused by the carrier, or lost shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@gethauslab.com.
Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, items in your order may occasionally ship separately from different warehouses. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. This is completely normal — your full order is on its way.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gethauslab.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will investigate promptly and work to resolve it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather events, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons. While these situations are outside our direct control, our support team is always available to assist with tracking updates and next steps.
