1-Year Limited Warranty

Every FreshLock handheld vacuum sealer is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your device stops working due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we'll replace it — free of charge, no argument.

To make a warranty claim: email info@gethauslab.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll sort it out within 24–48 hours.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Not happy with FreshLock? Return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us, ship it back in original packaging, and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage from drops, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear: sealing pads, gaskets (replaceable parts)
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
• Damage from immersion in water or liquids
